Our Approach

Experiential Learning
Central to our approach is ‘learning by doing’. Young people participate in structured experiences that are designed to challenge and stretch them within a supportive environment. We use a variety of techniques to reflect and draw learning from the experience which can then be applied in everyday life.

Be Your Best
Not everybody is the same. What might be challenging for me is not necessarily so for you. We recognise that each individual is different and that we all have unique strengths, skills and experience. We ask that individuals take responsibility for themselves and encourage them to choose the level of challenge (stretch) appropriate for them.
